Registration:

• * Student registration does not include the ticket to the excursion and banquet on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
• All types of registrations include Reception, Coffee breaks, and Lunch during the period of the conference.
• Full registration includes the ticket to the excursion and banquet on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
• Additional tickets to the excursion and banquet can be purchased during the registration.

Cancellation:

• If you have already registered for FSSIC 2025 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please contact us at fssic2025@ontariotechu.ca to request a refund and cancel your registration.
• If we receive a written notice of cancellation for early bird before 15 June 2025, we will refund your registration fee less an administrative fee (cancellation fee of credit card payment).
• Refunds for early bird are NOT available after 15 June 2025.
