Note:

If you have already registered for FSSIC 2025 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please contact us at fssic2025@ontariotechu.ca to request a refund and cancel your registration. 

If we receive a written notice of cancellation for early bird before 15 June 2025, we will refund your registration fee less an administrative fee (cancellation fee of credit card payment). 

Refunds for early bird are NOT available after 15 June 2025.
